A graduate of the University of Massachusetts Boston, Steve earned his degree in Business Administration, Accounting & Economics, building a strong foundation in both financial management and business strategy.

Since 2005, Steve has been an IRS tax professional, providing expert guidance through the complexities of tax preparation and planning. He is also certified in QuickBooks, ADP, and Acculynx, which allows him to offer efficient, technology-driven solutions that make managing finances easier for his clients.

In 2017, Steve founded Smart Business Financial Services Inc., where he currently serves as Chief Financial Officer. Under his leadership, the firm has grown into a Trusted partner for entrepreneurs and small businesses, offering comprehensive accounting, tax, and financial consultation services tailored to meet diverse clients need. The company has become known for its personal approach, dependable service, and commitment to helping clients reach their financial goals.

Fritz's track record of success in leading finance teams to achieve challenging goals within demanding timelines speaks volumes about his capabilities and dedication. His educational background, including an MBA in Accounting from Keller Graduate School of Management, further reinforces his expertise in financial management.
